Short Plays by Regional Authors

PACT will present two of the plays from the top ten entries in PACT's Pacific Northwest Playwright competition, online. They are, . Irene Fields and Deborah star in the first, star in the second. Both plays are directed by Gary Young; Dan Ball is the technical aide who makes it all possible.

To see the plays, audience members go to www.zoom.us and sign in to Webinar 965-2925-4102. A Zoom account is not needed to view the performance.

The Pacific Northwest Playwrights competition received 45 entries. PACT plans to have a performance of the winning plays and an awards ceremony in October if circumstances allow. Although the final winners have not been selected, these two plays were selected because they lend themselves to the online format.

The online presentation is free to viewers. All PACT performances benefit programs at the Hood River Adult Center so, after the performance, a link will be provided where donations can be made to Meals on Wheels.
